UK-born and raised sailing and diving on the south coast and abroad, James brings hands-on expertise and operational leadership to Swisspath TAG Yachting’s Yacht Management division

Managing Partner

Phill is the Managing Partner of TAG, the Sales arm of Swisspath | TAG Yachting. He brings a strong commercial mindset and global perspective to the world of yacht brokerage. With extensive experience across international markets, he has built a reputation for delivering a highly tailored, client-first approach, combining market insight with a deep understanding of what drives both buyers and sellers in the luxury space.

With over two decades of experience in the yachting industry, Karen combines strategic vision with deep operational insight – and an instinctive understanding of what clients truly value.

Head of Marketing

Vicky brings over 12 years of experience in travel marketing, shaping seamless and considered experiences from the very first interaction through to the final details of a journey.

Well-known in the industry for her longstanding partnerships and deep charter expertise, Niki brings insight, instinct, and a client-first mindset to every project.

Scotland-born, and raised sailing on its wild west coast and along the small villages of the Highlands, Jack’s love for exploring by sea runs deep. He provides a strong combination of professional sea time and commercial experience to Swisspath Yachting's Charter division.

Technical & Yacht Operation

As a former Captain and First Officer on yachts of 50m and beyond, Harry provides hands-on operational support, ensuring every yacht runs smoothly, safely, and with seamless performance.

Sanja Straumann

Sanja honed her financial expertise over 17 years at a leading Swiss bank, working across various divisions. She combines financial precision with a calm, solution-oriented mindset. Today, she oversees Swisspath Yachting’s Accounting and Administration with care, structure, and a sharp eye for detail – ensuring nothing is ever overlooked.

Yacht Finance & Crew Admin

Claudia’s life in yachting didn’t begin as a career, but as a way of life, growing up aboard a catamaran in the Caribbean and crossing the Atlantic before most children start school. That early exposure gave her an instinctive understanding of how life on the water really works, long before she entered the industry professionally.

Judit Dueso Barroso

Judit Dueso Barroso

Judit plays a hybrid role supporting both our commercial team and our clients, ensuring seamless transactions from start to finish. She manage new yacht listings and promote them effectively, assisting sellers who place their trust in Tag Yachting. At the same time, Judit guides buyers throughout their journey to find the yacht that best fits their needs.

Based in Singapore, Michelle is the group's specialist for yacht acquisition, sales and new builds across the Asia-Pacific region, bringing deep expertise in brokerage, refit advisory, cross-border ownership structuring and financing to every client engagement.

Based in Hong Kong plus regularly on the Gold Coast (Australia) and in the Philippines, he works with clients across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond, supporting financing, acquisitions, sales and ownership decisions at every level of complexity.
