• Assist the Captain in seasonal planning and oversee daily operations

• Create, monitor and review annual and seasonal budgets

• COMPLIANCE SERVICES

• Monitoring of statutory vessel certification and ensure ongoing compliance and timely renewals
• Provision and implementation of a digital Safety Management System on board in compliance the ISM / Mini ISM / Under 24m code as required
• Ensuring at the outset and monitoring on an ongoing basis that the yacht complies with the requirements the ISPS code

• TECHNICAL SERVICES

• Fully custom built digital Planned Maintenance System to ensuring ongoing routine maintenance of equipment, machinery and systems on board
• Assisting crew with parts sourcing and inventory management
• Liaising with classification society and Flag State on technical and regulatory issues
• Assisting in selecting and conducting yard and contractor(s) tendering, negotiating and appointing for dry docking, repairs, modifications and maintenance

• Drafting and issuing of MLC compliant Seafarer's Employment Agreements
• Monitoring of Flag State regulation and relevant legislation and applying changes accordingly
