Operations & Logistics
- Supporting the Captain with seasonal planning and day to day operations
- Securing and administering the most comprehensive marine insurance for the vessel and crew at the most competitive premium.

Financial Management
- Preparation and periodic review of annual/seasonal budgets
- Use of specialised yacht accounting software with linked crew debit cards which automatically records all crew transactions as well as manage expenditure in real time against budgets
- Challenging of quotes and invoices and processing payments
- Preparation of monthly budget consolidations and investigation into deviations from budget
Compliance Management
- Monitoring of statutory vessel certification and taking necessary steps to ensure ongoing compliance and timely renewal of statutory certification
- Provision and implementation of a digital Safety Management System on board in compliance with the requirements of the ISM code
- Ensuring at the outset and monitoring on an ongoing basis that the yacht complies with the requirements the ISPS code

Technical Management
- Monitoring of yacht technical documents and taking necessary steps to ensure ongoing compliance and timely renewal of statutory certification
- Provision of and assistance with implementation of a digital Planned Maintenance System to ensuring ongoing routine maintenance of equipment, machinery and systems on board
- Liaising with classification society and Flag State on technical and regulatory issues
- Assisting in selecting and conducting yard and contractor(s) tendering, negotiating and appointing for dry docking, repairs, modifications and maintenance.
Crewing Services
- Off-shore payroll administration
- Drafting and issuing of MLC compliant Seafarer's Employment Agreements
- Monitoring of Flag State regulation and relevant legislation and applying changes accordingly
